ARMA 2008

I sat in one of Don Skupsky's sessions yesterday. He talked about a case that was arbitrated and he was watching the defendant attempt to respond to discovery, and how they were unable to restore their backups that they created DAILY! Great session.

I also spoke to Michael Sepe, Director of Information Technology for the Las Vegas Valley Water District. It is so refreshing to speak to someone in IT who recognizes the risk of not preparing for litigation by managing document retention. A great conversation.
