Next week, Tuesday September 29th, we'll be taking part in the AIIM Roadshow in Manhattan. If you are local to NYC come by and see us. Luke McQueen (yeah, that's really his name!) will be presenting a session titled "Get Better Control With Best in Breed Oracle Applications Integration and Web Content Management." You can get more details here.
Oracle Content Management was recently chosen as the leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management. What’s interesting is that Gartner takes a broader view of Web Content Management as a comprehensive platform. Besides having best in class web content management, Oracle Content Management is integrated to the products that organizations use as part of their web platform. Companies that use Siebel or RTD for campaigns and offer metrics want to have their assets managed in a system that is integrated to those campaigns and decision engines.
The other thing they are looking at is a comprehensive content management platform that will not only rock your website, but will provide a solid system for your intranet, and on top of that enable you to address file store optimization, governance, and other issues that we think are vital.
