Siebel for Sales/Siebel for Marketing and Loyalty Webinars

Another web seminar tomorrow - this one focused on Siebel Sales and Siebel Marketing users.

Speaking to some of the attendees of the last webinar, we're finding that we are really striking a nerve. Services folks have been looking for ways to attach service agreements and other customer correspondence directly to the customer record in Siebel, ensuring that call center folks have fast access to these documents.

Similarly, Siebel Sales users want to be able to attach customer and prospect correspondence such as sales proposals directly to the customer record. The system also automatically creates a PDF version of the proposal that the sales person can send out.
